Alzheimer's workshop at church

DOWNEY - A free Alzheimer's seminar will be held at Downey Memorial Christian Church on June 25 at 11 a.m.The seminar will be particularly useful if you or someone you know is experiencing memory loss or behavioral changes. Early detection of Alzheimer's disease gives patients a chance to begin drug therapy, enroll in clinical studies and plan for the future. The interactive workshop features video clips of people with Alzheimer's. The program is sponsored by the Alzheimer's Association and the church's health ministry.
