Bastards ribbon cutting

DOWNEY - Bastards sports bar opened in time for Memorial Day but will formally celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony July 3 at noon.The celebration is organized by the Downey Chamber of Commerce. The restaurant is owned by Nick Velez and Calvin Spencer.
