Cardio class at Downey High

DOWNEY - Downey High School is hosting a Cardio Plus exercise class this summer until Aug. 30.Classes meet Monday through Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Nancy Jones is the instructor. Cost is $50 if paid before Monday; the price increases to $60 afterward. Register in the school's dance room.
