Century 21's Cristian Ripoll earns national award for customer service

DOWNEY — A Century 21 agent from Downey has been honored with one of the company’s top awards for customer service.

Cristian Ripoll of Century 21 Peak earned the company’s Quality Service Pinnacle Award. The award is based on results from quality service surveys e-mailed to clients immediately after the purchase or sale of a home.

To earn the award, an agent must earn an average survey score of at least 95 percent or better for two consecutive years.

“The Quality Service Pinnacle Producer Award is an integral part of our brand’s commitment to excellence and recognizes Cristian’s dedication to making each and every client interaction a positive one,” said Michael Miedler, president and chief executive officer of Century 21 Real Estate.

“Cristian provides their clients with knowledge and advice related to their real estate transaction and offers them confidence during what may be the most significant purchase of a lifetime,” added Eli Tene, broker/owner of Century 21 Peak.

Ripoll will receive a customized glass trophy, in addition to being recognized at the Century 21 Global Conference.
