DOWNEY - Discount seats have been made available for the remaining two productions of the Downey Civic Light Opera's current season, "The Melody Lingers On" and "Funny Girl.""The Melody Lingers On," opening Feb. 17, features the music of Irving Berlin, described as "America's most prolific and beloved songwriter."
