Fashion show at Elks Lodge

DOWNEY - Downey Emblem Club No. 309 will host a "Fashion at High Tea" event Jan. 30 at the Downey Elks Lodge.Social hour begins at 11 a.m., followed by lunch at noon and the show at 1 p.m. Fashion designs are by Nina.
