Fundraiser to benefit Fail-Safe

DOWNEY - Fail-Safe 4 Felines is hosting a spaghetti dinner fundraising event March 11 at the Downey Elks Lodge.In addition to the dinner, there will be 50-50 raffles and a drawing for a 21 1/2-inch HD television. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $20.
