Halloween fun at Messiah

DOWNEY - Messiah Lutheran Church will host its second annual Halloween Fun Fest on Halloween night, Oct. 31, from 6-8 p.m.The free event is open to the public and will feature games, prizes, snacks, a moonwalk and candy.
