Huffington tapped as speaker

LONG BEACH - Arianna Huffington, co-founder and editor-in-chief of the Huffington Post, will give the featured address at Cal State Long Beach's Distinguished Speaker Series on Oct. 21.The speaker series will be held at the Carpenter Performing Arts Center in Long Beach and begins at 6 p.m. for exhibits and refreshments. Tickets start at $20 for CSULB students and $30 for CSULB faculty and senior citizens. Early bird tickets for the general public are $40.
