Inspirational women are sought by Soroptimist

DOWNEY - Soroptimist International of Downey is seeking women to honor with its Ruby Award, which honors women who work to improve conditions for women and girls through their personal or volunteer efforts, or through professional avenues.The award recipient will be honored at the Soroptimist's Woman of Distinction breakfast in March and possibly go on to regional and national recognition.
