Judge to speak at meeting

DOWNEY - Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ana Luna will be guest speaker at the Nov. 23 meeting of Rise 'N Shine Networking, taking place at 7:30 a.m. at Bob's Big Boy.Luna's topic will be "Status of L.A.
