Lana Joy is guest speaker

DOWNEY - Lana Joy, a founding member of the Downey Arts Coalition, will be guest speaker when the Downey Coordinating Council meets Nov. 7 at the Barbara J. Riley Community and Senior Center at 11:30 a.m.Joy is a producer, director and actress, and holds a BA degree from Biola University. The meeting is open to the public.
