Learn about federal student aid

DOWNEY - Potential college students and their parents are invited to "FAFSA Night" at Downey High School on Jan. 14 to learn about free federal student aid.Financial aid experts from Cerritos College will be on hand to answer questions and guide students through the application process. Students who attend FAFSA Night do not need to attend Cerritos College. Students are advised not to use www.fafsa.com because the site charges unnecessary fees, according to a school flier.
