Mayor to deliver State of the City

DOWNEY - Mayor Luis Marquez will deliver the annual State of the City address at a luncheon March 30 at the Rio Hondo Event Center.The event is produced by the Downey Chamber of Commerce and begins at noon. Reservations are $25 and are available by calling the chamber at (562) 923-2191.
