Mikayla Minnig

Downey resident Mikayla Minnig took a copy of The Downey Patriot when she traveled to Washington, D.C. earlier this month. At the request of Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard, Mikayla joined the Congressional Arthritis Cacucus, representing the 300,000 American children and 46 million American adults with arthritis. Mikayla also wrote a letter to President Obama and Sec.
