Robert (Bob) F. Warren

Robert (Bob) F. Warren was born September 16, 1927 in Sioux City, IA and passed away with his family and loving wife by his side Tuesday February 5, 2013. Bob is survived by his wife of 25 years Yolanda her children Wendy and Victor, Bob's children Pattie, Janelle, Roberta, Arnie, Ron, Tom and Sally. Preceded in death by his parents Rita and Miles Warren his children Sandra and David Warren. Bob served in the US Navy from 1945 to 1949 as a Boatswain Mate and was most proud of the US teachers he helped rescue from China and return to the USA during WW II. Bob was an iron worker and built fence for 30+ years, after Bob was injured and could no longer build fence he became an estimator for Pilgrim fence where he spent many successful years as their top salesman. Bob was known for his generosity, kindness, sense of humor, love of pool and practical jokes. Bob's life touched many people and he will be missed, a celebration of Bob's life was held Friday February 8th at 10am at Brookshire Manor, 11410 Brookshire Ave in the community room.
