Sandra Mitrowski dies at 71

NORWALK - Former Norwalk resident Sandra Elaine Mitrowski passed away June 20 in St. George Utah. She was 71.She was born Aug. 15, 1940, in Northumberland, New Hampshire to Leo Joseph and Alice Marie Therrien Nailer. She married John Francis Mitrowski on Oct. 16, 1963. They started their family and in 1978 they moved to Norwalk. After John's retirement in 1990, they moved to St. George, Utah. John died in 1996. She is survived by her daughters, Dianna (Jeff) Mangrum of Hespiera and Sharlene Mitrowski of St. George; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and two daughters, Debbie and Wendy. A viewing was held June 23, followed by graveside services at St. George City Cemetery.
