Space center hosting summer camps

DOWNEY - The Columbia Memorial Space Center is hosting a series of space camps for kids this summer starting next week.Camps are one-week long and cost $135 per session for space center members, $150 for non-members. Campers will explore the space sciences of robotics, aerodynamics, rocketry and careers in space. At the end of each camp, kids will fly a simulated mission to the moon in the Challenger Learning Center. The camp is for kids entering grades 4-9.
