The state of higher education

CERRITOS - The Cerritos Regional Chamber of Commerce will host a "State of Higher Education" luncheon Nov. 17 at the Sheraton Hotel in Cerritos.Dr. Linda Lacy, president of Cerritos College, will give the keynote address.
