Although her favorite medium is oil, she also paints in acrylic, watercolor, pen and ink, and charcoal. Candiotty has studied plein air painting in France, Italy and Belgium, in addition to the New England states and the California coast. Last year, she traveled to Russia to study the Russian impressionist and artist Nicolai Fechin with Jove Wang. The community is invited to view Candiotty's demonstration. Admission is free.
