A woman was killed and another was left in critical condition after a hit-and-run collision Saturday night, the Press-Telegram reported today.

A Toyota Tacoma was reportedly traveling westbound on Firestone Boulevard when it collided with a Honda Civic heading south on Lakewood Boulevard.

The 26-year-old female driver of the Honda was killed. A 25-year-old female passenger was listed in critical condition.

The driver of the Toyota pick-up ran away but police seem to know his identity. He was identified as a 26-year-old Downey man.
