Mayor Pro Tem gets engaged in Costa Rica

Congratulations are in order for Mayor Pro Tem Fernando Vasquez, who proposed to his girlfriend, Donna Noushkam, while vacationing in Costa Rica.
She said yes!
Vasquez announced the news on Facebook. He says he proposed at Mar Luna Restaurant in Quepos.
Noushkam is a partner at the law offices of Musick, Peeler & Garrett.
