Tuesday morning report, June 21

Five things to know this Tuesday morning: 

1.) It appears all power has been restored after an estimated 16,000 people lost electricity yesterday in Downey. 

It's not clear if the blackouts were due to the extreme heat or an electrical fire near Golf 'N Stuff. 

The power outages sparked chaos on social media, where residents reported enduring brutal heat without the comforts of air conditioning. Here are some of the tweets the Patriot received yesterday:
