Downey High takes steps against "freak dancing"

Downey High School is making students sign "dance contracts" to prevent sexually-suggestive moves at dances, the L.A. Times reports in a story published today.

According to the contract, there can be no touching of "breasts, genitals or buttocks," and both feet must remain on the floor at all times.

Students caught breaking the rules receive two warnings and then are barred from all future dances.
