DOWNEY – Jenny Alonzo from Behavioral Health Services will speak on earthquake preparedness when the National Association of Active and Retired Federal Employees meets Wednesday at the Barbara J. Riley Community and Senior Center.

Alonzo’s presentation begins at 1 p.m. The public is invited.
