Condo complex

Dear Editor:I am pleased to read that the property behind Chris & Pitts will be developed into a 46-unit condominium. Has any thought been given to the surrounding infrastructure? The streets in this area are already congested being so close to the on- and off-ramps of the 5 Freeway, apartment buildings, an elementary school and two-lane streets. It seems to me that 46 condos with probably at least two cars each will make for gridlock at an already busy intersection. Virginia Valencia Downey
