TV noise

Dear Editor:This coming Dec. 13, TV commercials can not be louder than the program you are watching. Congress passed this bill called the Calm Act. Rep. Anna G. Eshoo was the bill's original sponsor. I think we should built a bronze statue of her and put it on Hollywood Boulevard. Thank you very much, Anna. Mike Sandoval Downey
