Cat nonprofit plans dinner

DOWNEY - Fail Safe 4 Felines is hosting a spaghetti dinner fundraiser June 10 at the Elks Lodge.The event begins at 6:30 p.m. and also includes 50-50 raffles, including a top prize of a 21 1/2 inch HDTV (winner need not be present). Admission is $20.
