Christians' Israel Public Action Campaign

Downey residents Richard and Patricia Tuttle, and Lisa Ives, met with Rep. Edward Royce to present him with the CIPAC (Christians' Israel Public Action Campaign) Defender of Israel Award for his support of Israel. Royce is chairman of the house on foreign affairs "with policies and sound laws to support further the safety of Israel and America," according to CIPAC.
