Memorial service Saturday for Margaret Ann Bardwell

NORWALK - Norwalk resident Margaret Ann Bardwell passed away April 8 at the age of 68. She was born in Denver, Colo., on Sept. 16, 1944 to Duane and Georgia Letak.

In 1961 she met her future husband, Charles Bardwell. They married on Nov. 23, 1962.

She was preceded in death by both her parents, Duane Letak and Georgia Stevens; two brothers, Carey Letak and Roy Stevens; and her granddaughter, M'Lynn Bardwell.

She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Charles Bardwell, of Norwalk; son Steven Bardwell and his wife Angela, of Fresno; daughter Kimberly Farrar and her husband Mike, of Artesia; and grandson Shad Trethway, also of Artesia.

A memorial service will be held at Olive Lawn Cemetery in La Mirada this Saturday, April 27, at noon.
