Ribbon cutting for solar energy

DOWNEY - The U.S. Bank branch at Florence and Brookshire avenues is hosting a ribbon cutting Wednesday for its new solar energy system.The ceremony will feature remarks from branch manager Cindy Kovach and district manager Marcy Phillips. The event begins at 11 a.m.
