Downey Adult School's dental assisting vocational program

Students in Downey Adult School's dental assisting vocational program graduated Dec. 18 with ceremonies inside the on-campus Harriett Paine Events Center. "Students who have gone above and beyond the standards have been duly recognized for their hard work and efforts in completing their chosen vocational programs," school officials said. "The event beautifully celebrated the achievements of all the graduates and acknowledged their accomplishments in jump-starting their careers in the dental field. A slideshow composed of photos of the graduates was presented to showcase the work they have done not online in the program but also in the Downey community.
