Downey DeMolay fundraiser

DOWNEY - Downey DeMolay, a service club that helps develop civic awareness and leadership skills in young men, is holding a fundraiser March 10 at Shakey's as it prepares to send a team to the Frank Marshall Tournament of Champions in Arlington, Tex., next month.The tournament is recognized as an international competition for the fraternity and boasts some of the best teams from around the world. The fundraiser is from 6-9 p.m. at the Shakey's on Paramount Boulevard. Downey DeMolay meets at the Downey Masonic Lodge on every first and third Monday at 7:30 p.m.
