Downey museum

Dear Editor:Why doesn't Downey have a museum in which to house and display historical artifacts? How do we acquire such a building? Are there any plans to do this? Many cities large and small have a museum in which they can bring their city's history to life. Why can't Downey? Donna Siemann Downey
