U12 boys all-star team

The U12 boys all-star team of Downey AYSO Region 24 won first place in the AYSO Area 11 All-Star Playoff Tournament held Jan. 25-26. Downey defeated Long Beach, 3-0; Montebello, 5-0; South Gate, 3-1; Whittier, 3-1; and Lakewood, 4-1, in the finals to advance to the Section 11 Playoff Tournament. The teach is coached by Jose Soria and Oscar Hernandez.
