Chihuahua adoptions half-off

DOWNEY – Chihuahuas and Chihuahua mixes can be adopted for half-price at SEAACA on Saturday, May 3, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Regular adoption fees range from $75 to $135 (depending on age). The fee includes spay and neutering, microchip, flea treatment, first set of vaccines, a dog toy, and pet health guide.
