Deli becomes post office hub

DOWNEY – Hall of Fame Market & Deli, the former Hi-Ho market next to St. George’s Greek Church, is now an official village post office, offering the two most frequently purchased postal products and services: “Forever” stamps and priority mail flat rate shipping. As a village post office, customers can skip the post office and ship their eligible packages directly from the store.

There are more than 550 village post offices across the country, each independently owned and operated as a supplement to local post offices.
