COSTA MESA – “Jersey Boys,” the Broadway production currently in theaters as a major motion picture, began a three-week stay at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa this week. Winner of the 2006 Tony Award for Best Musical, “Jersey Boys” tells the story of the Four Seasons and how four blue-collar kids became one of the greatest successes in pop music history.
The group wrote their own songs, invented their own sounds and sold 175 million records worldwide – all before they were 30.
