L.A. County awards $4.5M to local arts organizations
LOS ANGELES – More than $4.5 million in grants were awarded to 180 L.A. County arts organizations, officials announced last week. Grant amounts range from $3,600 to $233,300. A panel of 80 artists, nonprofit arts administrators and members of the academic community reviewed and scored the applications.
The grants were funded by the Los Angeles County Arts Commission.
