Stay Gallery marks two years

DOWNEY – Stay Gallery will celebrate its two year anniversary with a group exhibit Friday night titled “2 YEARS.” The exhibit will feature the work of “some of the top artists that have exhibited at Stay Gallery since it first opened” in October of 2012.

The event is free and open to the public. Brick oven pizzas prepared by a local chef and founder of Urban Pie will be available.

“Our organization is stronger than ever,” said Executive Director Valentin Flores. “We are proud to say that after two years, not only is Stay Gallery furthering its impact on our community, but we are here to stay! Things are about to get really interesting in Downtown Downey.”
