Chili cook-off Nov. 10

DOWNEY - Chili chefs are needed for the first annual Chili Cook-off taking place Nov. 10 at the Downey Elks Lodge.The event is from 1-6 p.m. and in addition to chili tastings includes barbecue lunch, live band, children's activities and more. Tickets are $20 and benefit Rebuilding Warriors, Warrior Built and the Downey Chamber of Commerce.
