Moon gazing at the space center

DOWNEY - International Observe the Moon Night will be celebrated at the Columbia Memorial Space Center this Saturday from 6:30-9:30 p.m.All moon viewing outside the space center is no charge, courtesy of the Columbia Astronomers. The club will be taking live digital images of the moon, which will be available at no cost to anyone who brings a USB thumb drive. There will be telescopes for guests to use along with a "Kid Scope" for children. The space center will be open but there is an admission charge.
