Service club meets Monday

DOWNEY - The Downey Newcomers Club is meeting this Monday at 11:30 a.m. inside Frantone's restaurant.On the agenda is the formation of a nominating committee to recruit members for next year's officers. Membership dues are $12 until Dec. 31. New members are welcome.
