U.S. flags collected for retirement

DOWNEY - Downey Zrelak and Miller-Mies mortuaries are collecting old, torn or tattered American flags to give them respectful retirements at a Veterans Day ceremony next month.Flags can be turned in at any of the mortuaries' Downey locations.
