DOWNEY - The Kiwanis Foundation presented a $50,000 donation to Downey Unified School District last week in support of a new computer lab at Sussman Middle School. This marks the second DUSD middle school (Griffiths, ’07-08) to date that has received a similar donation for a new computer lab. The Kiwanis Foundation has pledged to support the two remaining DUSD middle schools in the future with like donations.
