DOWNEY - Downey Care Center at 13007 Paramount Blvd. will celebrate their grand opening with a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday at 3 p.m.

Downey Care Center is one of 312 long-term care facilities across the nation to have earned the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living’s Quality Award “for demonstration a strong commitment to continuous quality improvement.”
