DOWNEY - Rep. Lucille Roybal-Allard has announced the office hours for her new district office located near the Citadel Outlets in Commerce.The office, located at 500 Citadel Dr., Suite 320, is open Mondays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The congresswoman also has staff at the Barbara J. Riley Community and Senior Center from 10 a.m. to noon on the second Tuesday of each month. These caseworkers are available to help with a wide-range of federal matters, including Social Security and Medicare benefits, immigration visas and veterans' benefits. "Although we cannot order a federal agency to decide a matter in your favor, we can help you get a response," Roybal-Allard said.
