BELLFLOWER — Victor Sanchez, 29, became the youngest person ever to serve on the Bellflower City Council when he was sworn into office last week.

Sanchez, who was the first council member in Bellflower history to be elected by districts, is the city’s fourth minority to serve and the second Latino. 

Sanchez currently serves as the Director of Community and Donor Relations of the non-profit Community Family Guidance Center in Downey.
