Arc Walk for Independence

DOWNEY - Accomplished singer Julie Simpson helped warm up a record crowd of 3,300 people who attended Saturday's Arc Walk for Independence, the signature fundraising event for Arc of Southeast Los Angeles County. The amount of money raised won't be known until Monday, but officials expect the final amount to surpass their goal of $100,000.
