Assemblywoman hosting ‘walk n’ talk’

DOWNEY – Assemblywoman Cristina Garcia is hosting a community “walk n’ talk” at Wilderness Park on Saturday, Dec. 6, starting at 8 a.m. The walk is an informal setting for the community to catch up, share ideas, and speak with the Assemblywoman about local issues.

Garcia will also be available to answer questions about her legislative package.

The Arc of Los Angeles & Orange Counties will be a special guest.

Garcia’s office will be accepting donations of new socks, underwear, and travel-sized toiletries that will be distributed to the homeless.
